We typically find that in virtually every instance schedules and formal bills will include costs, which are unrepresentative of the work involved, and the amount you’ve been asked to pay is higher than it should be. In these cases we begin the process of negotiation, using a combination of our legal and technical know-how to seek a fair and realistic reduction of the other side’s bill.

During this time we maintain the momentum through a combination of phone calls, email and letters – all backed up with reports designed to your specification – so you know what’s going on with your cases at any given time in the negotiation process.
