Taking place annually the Costs Review provides a unique round up and review of all that’s been happening in the world of costs as they affect insurers.
2012 Costs Review
Presented by Jon Lord, a member of the Association of Costs Lawyers Jackson Implementation Committee, the Costs Reviews are a unique opportunity to gain insight through a 360o view of the costs world.
The 2012 Costs Review will be held in London and Manchester and will focus on the up-to-the minute issues. These currently include:
- Ministry of Justice Reforms - How are they working in practice?
- Jackson - Where are we now?
- Is it unlawful to indemnify the claimant instead of using ATE?
